All sales are final unless an error occurred on the behalf of Sage Lotus Naturals/Organics.
If an item arrives damaged, please let us know within 3 days and we will ship a replacement item to you if applicable. Providing us with photos of a damaged item/package helps to improve any shipping issues and is greatly appreciated.
Due to the nature of Sage Lotus Naturals/Organics products, we are unable to accept returned products. This is for the safety of our customers. If there is ever an issue with your order or you are not satisfied, we will happily work with you to find a solution.
ALL orders are FINAL. We do NOT currently accept exchanges or returns for clothing, so please order up a size if you are not sure what size you want or if your child in in between sizes.
***NOTE: If placing a preorder along with other products that are currently in stock, please place 2 separate orders. Otherwise the entire order will not ship until the preorder ship date!
We are not responsible for returned packages due to incorrect address input. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or error on your part, there will be a re-ship fee.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service. Sage Lotus Naturals does not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.
